Pallet Racking
The heavyweight solution
Pallet racking is ideal for warehouse environments where you are processing heavy or awkward products with forklift trucks or other machinery.
Usually installed as either a single or multi-level storage system that is used to support high stacking of single items or palletised loads.
Pallet rack systems are a fundamental component of any distribution, storage, or material handling operation. Pallet racks allow rapid access to stored materials.
Cantilever Racking

Cantilever racking systems are intended for the storage of long and bulky materials. Products such as timber, wooden boards, metal sheets, sections, beams or steel elements & building materials. Cantilever systems are also ideal for scrap car & boat storage – in fact any kind of heavy loads.

Structural HEavy Duty Pallet Racking
Extreme measures
Made from hot-rolled structural steel sections, Structural Pallet Racking is a more robust alternative to conventional pallet racking.
Structural Pallet Racks are more resistant to forklift truck damage and are generally more durable when used in an external application.
Depending on the product dimensions and weight, BTS Access & Storage can advise whether Structural Pallet Racking or Heavy-Duty Racking is more suitable for your storage needs.
These systems are manufactured in the UK and in compliance with current British and CE marking standards, our Structural Pallet Racks have a bespoke design and are manufactured to suit every customer’s particular requirement.
